T25 Torx driver.

Power Off and Lockout

Ensure the Constant Current Regulator (CCR) is fully powered down and locked out before beginning disassembly.
Verify absence of voltage before proceeding with any internal work.

Remove the Cap

Use a T25 Torx driver to remove the four screws securing the cap to the fixture body.
Lift the cap straight off and set it aside.

Remove the Connector, Power/Control Board, and Thermostat Board

Carefully disconnect the connector board.

If an arctic kit is installed disconnect the wires running from the light engines to the thermostat board on the thermostat end. Then grip the thermostat board and pull it out, alternately you can remove the thermostat board at the same time as the light engines if you remove the faceplates first

Grip the Power/Control board near the top and pull straight up to disengage it from the input board below.
The bottom of the Power/Control board plugs directly into the input board, which is mounted to the base of the fixture.
Set the boards aside in a clean, safe location.

Remove the Input Board

Locate the Input board mounted to the base casting inside the fixture.
Remove the two screws securing it to the fixture base using a phillips head.
Gently lift the board upward and out.

Install a Known-Good Input Board

Position the replacement input board on the fixture base, aligning it with the two mounting holes.
Reinstall the two screws.
Confirm the board sits flat and that the terminal block faces the correct direction.

Reinstall the Power/Control Board

Slide the Power/Control board down along the internal guide rails.
Ensure the bottom connector on the Power/Control board mates cleanly with the new input board.

Reinstall the Connector Board

Carefully reinstall the connector board between both light engines and the Power/Control board.
Seat all three sets of pins evenly and confirm the board sits flush.

Reinstall the Cap

Place the cap back onto the fixture and secure it using the four T25 screws.
Apply firm, even pressure to compress the gasket seal properly.

Restore Power and Test

Re-energize the CCR.
Observe whether the fixture powers on and responds correctly to intensity changes.
If normal behavior resumes, the original input board was likely at fault.
