Daily Maintenance

Visually inspect the fixture for any signs of physical damage, lens cracking, or discoloration.
Confirm the light is operating correctly at the assigned intensity step.
Report any anomalies to maintenance personnel immediately.

Monthly Maintenance

Clean the glass lens using a soft, non-abrasive cloth and approved cleaner to remove dirt, dust, or contaminants.
Inspect the lens for cracks, chips, or significant discoloration; replace if damaged.
Check mounting hardware, frangible coupling, and column for tightness and signs of corrosion or damage.
Re-torque all fasteners to the specified values listed in the torque table.
Verify the fixture remains level using the leveling surface on the cap.
Confirm aiming alignment using the sighting cross on the cap.
Inspect seals and gaskets for integrity to maintain weatherproofing.

General Notes

Disconnect power before performing any cleaning or inspection that requires close contact with the fixture.
Use only manufacturer-approved methods and materials for cleaning the lens.
For fixtures with arctic kit (option 5), inspect heater components for proper function during monthly checks.
