Overview

At times it may be helpful to disable the arctic kit, such as when troubleshooting to isolate a problem. It is very simple and if done correctly, completely reversable. Refer to the procedure below to accomplish it in a reversable fashion.

 1. The light engines come wired to the thermostat board as shown.

 

2. Remove the wire from the connection point at the thermostat not the light engine. Cap the end of the wire to avoid contact against anything and secure. It is important to keep this conductor connected to the light engine as it can not be removed without cutting and it cannot be reinserted later if it is cut or removed.

3. Using a small length of wire jump out the thermostat board connections as shown
