Replacement Guidelines

  • De-energize the sign and verify power is off before starting.
  • Carefully disconnect all wire harnesses from the Driver Module.
  • Remove the Driver Module from its mounting location.
  • Install the new Driver Module in the same position and orientation.
  • Reconnect all wire harnesses, ensuring secure connections.
  • Verify proper operation of the LED boards after replacement.

Note: If you do not use both outputs then the unused output requires and end loop jumper to function.

The Driver Module (C7-DRVR), its capacity up to 6 LED boards, and connections to the Power Cord, Bridge Rectifier, and LED Board Power Control Module are shown below.
