Fault Description

The CCR has tried to generate an output current but failed to do so. This fault occurs if the DCMU engages the output and the current stays below 1 amp for approximately 3 seconds. Under normal operation, this fault is a symptom of a problem with the CCR.

Attempt to Correct

  • Follow lock out / tag out procedures and verify all sources of electricity are open before working on the CCR.
  • With the CCR powered off, check each installed fuse.
  • Once power has discharged and all LEDs are out:
  • Remove the green terminal blocks from the firing card and DCMU.
  • Ensure all screws are tight.
  • Reinstall the terminal blocks and ensure they are seated fully.
  • Unscrew the serial cable at both ends and remove it.
  • Reinstall the cable and secure it using the thumbscrews.
